Reiki is a gentle energy balancing therapy that encourages relaxation and supports your natural wellbeing. I currently offer treatments in the comfort of your own home, allowing you to relax in familiar surroundings, with no need to travel afterwards and the freedom to take your time before returning to your day. During your treatment You'll remain fully clothed while I gently place my hands on or just above different areas of your body. Reiki flows through me as a channel, always for your greatest good. Some people notice warmth or tingling, while others simply enjoy a deep sense of relaxation. Every experience is individual.
